According to the product's formula requirements, the extracted juice is mixed with other ingredients such as sugar and water. Automated mixing equipment ensures accurate proportions of various ingredients while avoiding errors from manual operation. After mixing, the juice needs to be homogenized to break down small fruit pulp particles further and maintain a uniform, cloudy state.
The next step is sterilization. To ensure the safety and hygiene of the juice, high-temperature instantaneous sterilization technology is used to sterilize the prepared juice. After sterilization, the juice must be rapidly cooled to a suitable temperature to preserve its taste and nutritional components.
Next comes the filling process. The filling machine uses aseptic filling technology to quickly and accurately fill the sterilized juice into the pre-prepared packaging containers. Furthermore, to ensure product cleanliness, a three-in-one or four-in-one machine can be used to achieve integrated operation of disinfection, rinsing, filling, and sealing.
Finally, there's the packaging stage. After being sealed, the bottled juice enters the packaging equipment. This equipment includes case packers and palletizers, used to pack and palletize the juice for convenient transportation and sales.
