After-Sales Service:

• Disposable vape pens carry a 6-month warranty after shipment, excluding human factors.
• All products are strictly inspected before packaging to ensure a defect rate of less than 0.5%.
• In the event of defects occurring during transport or due to improper use, replacements will be sent in your next order. If the defect rate exceeds 0.5%, all defective products must be returned for replacement.
• The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and the seller is responsible for resending replacement shipping costs.
