We are very strict on QC for each order. Besides IQC, every finished product should be in two times defective inspections before entering the warehouse for shipping. To make sure each one you got is the right one.
About Customization/OEM/ODM
We have 8 years of OEM, ODM experience to serve different customers and help enlarge their brand in the market. White label service includes mouthpiece design, logo print or laser, your packaging design, or any we can do for you at our side.
About Shipping
Though the vape mail ban is a problem for shipping, we still have our way to take care of your shipping, like by sea, by air or by truck at local. We provide a door-to-door service. You will see that you'll get the vape stuff while you're counting your money at the office.
About Aftersale Service
We care about each order from your side and hope for a long-term win-win business. So if any product issues, we will do a free replacement for you, or we can make some spare parts when we make the deal.
How is the order process managed?
Once you place an order, a Proforma Invoice (PI) is generated based on your details. After your verification and payment, we dispatch using the safest, fastest, and most economical shipping method available. Door-to-door status tracking is standard procedure.
What are your typical delivery lead times?
Typical turnaround times are 1-2 days for product samples, 3-7 days for wholesale batch orders depending on the exact quantities, and 7-10 days for custom OEM production requests following confirmed sample specifications.
